Shipping policy

Every order ships free, anywhere in the United States.

Your order is dispatched from the USA within 1-3 business days. Delivery takes 3 to 10 business days after that, depending on where you are.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't moved after 3 business days, email us and we'll look into it within one business day.

Orders are shipped in a plain box. Nothing on the outside says what's inside.

Shipping Protection ($4.99, optional)

If you added Shipping Protection to your order and your parcel is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, email us and we send you a new one at our cost. One email is enough: no claim form, no police report, no photos of the box. We send the replacement as soon as we have read your email, and we do not ask you to send the damaged one back.

If you did not add it

You are not left with nothing, and we would rather say so plainly than sell you something on a fear. We open a claim with the carrier, which takes time and does not always succeed. And our 90-night money-back guarantee still applies: if you would rather have your money than wait, email us and we refund you.

So the difference Shipping Protection makes is this: with it, you get the product again, quickly, and we ask you for nothing. Without it, you are covered for the money, but not for the wait.
