WHO WE ARE

Ardent is operated by Ardent Rituel. You can reach us at any time at contact@ardent-rituel.com. We answer every email within one business day.

WHAT WE COLLECT, AND WHY

When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping address, and the items you bought. We need these to take your payment, ship your order and answer you if something goes wrong. We never see or store your full card number — your payment is handled by our payment processor.

When you browse: pages you visit, what you click, and technical information from your device (browser, approximate location from your IP address), collected through our own analytics tool. We use this to understand which of our ads and pages work, and to fix what doesn't.

If you email us: whatever you write to us, so we can answer and keep a record of what was agreed.

WHAT WE DO NOT DO

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone who is not listed below. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you. We do not collect any health information you tell us about yourself, and we do not treat the purchase of a supplement as health information about you — it's a product you bought, not a medical fact we record.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH, AND WHY

• Shopify, our e-commerce platform, which hosts the store and checkout.
• Our payment processor (Shopify Payments), to take your payment and to refund you.
• CJ Dropshipping, our fulfilment partner, and our shipping carriers, to pick, pack and deliver your order from their US warehouse.
• Our email provider, to send order confirmations, shipping updates and, if you asked for them, marketing emails.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram), so we can measure whether our ads led to sales and stop showing you ads for something you already bought (pixel and server-side tools). This is the only advertising use of your data; we do not sell it or share it with any other advertising platform.
• Cloudflare, who hosts the technical infrastructure behind our own analytics tool.
• Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised page views and interactions so we can see where the site is confusing and fix it.

Each of them may only use your information to do the job we hired them for.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Order records: as long as required by accounting and tax law. Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, and then we keep a record that you unsubscribed so we do not email you again. Browsing data: no longer than 25 months.

COOKIES AND TRACKING

We use cookies to keep your cart, to remember your preferences, and to measure our advertising. You can refuse the ones that are not strictly necessary. If you do, the site still works.

YOUR CHOICES

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email contact@ardent-rituel.com. We will answer within one business day and act within 30 days.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

If you live in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to request its deletion, to request a copy of it, and to correct it. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, so there is nothing to opt out of — you can still reach our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" choice by emailing contact@ardent-rituel.com, and we will confirm in writing that no sale or sharing took place.

OTHER US RESIDENTS

If you live in a state with its own privacy law — currently including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas — we offer you the same choices described in "Your choices" above, regardless of whether your state's law technically applies to a business our size: to know what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its use for targeted advertising and of any sale or sharing (which, again, we do not do). To exercise any of these rights, email contact@ardent-rituel.com.

We do not process sensitive personal information (including health information) about you, and we do not sell sensitive personal information under any circumstance.

CHILDREN

This site and this product are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

CHANGES

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell you by email.
